GOOGLE ADS DIGITAL MARKETER ROLE

The Love Story (not affiliated with Taylor Swift) is an inspiring nonprofit organization shifting the perception of pain — not as something to be dismissed or ashamed of, but as an opportunity to grow spiritually, emotionally, and developmentally. They provide a virtual space for those who need help bettering themselves or expressing their heartbreak, trauma, etc.

In short, they inspire the broken-hearted to transform pain into passion through online expressive writing and storytelling sessions.

Now, let’s look a little closer at our target audience.

PERSONA PROFILES

“The Lone Wolf”

MICRO-SOLUTION’s KIT

Aaron’s persona reflects the boy who cries in silence. He is shy, unable to express himself, yet the silver lining in this is that deep down, he is highly artistic and intelligent. He comes from a broken home, misunderstood, distant from his family, unable to communicate or open up. Huge fears of being rejected.

To extend a hand to Aaron, I created the following Micro-Solution's kit as a “gift” to establish trust by offering something valuable that can help solve an urgent problem for our potential client. The more nuanced, the better, because the higher resolution the problem, the more effective our solution will be.

The “WALLS UP”

MICRO-SOLUTION’s KIT

This persona is independent, self-sufficient, and reputed to be the "mom" inside any group. Let’s call her Sam. At the heart of all things, she is an artist, but upon first impression, you may not think that because Sam is a project manager, a doer, a get-things-done boss lady with high expectations. She hides her social anxiety and feelings of low-self esteem really well, so nobody would think twice about checking in with her until it gets to a crisis level.

Sam feels a lot of pressure to succeed, her perfectionism is her own inner slave driver, it seems as if she can't find time to relax, she feels guilty having fun or just lightening up. She feels a lot of obligation, duty, and sometimes puts too much pressure on herself and in her negativity, becomes hypercritical.
